We quote on a call, once we know what the work actually involves. Here is what each quote covers and what is never hidden inside it.

Why we quote on a call
A four-camera shop and a four-camera godown with a 200-metre cable run are not the same job. A 200-student school and a 3,000-student school are not the same project. A published number would be wrong for most people who read it, so we ask a few questions first and then give you a figure.
What we will do is give you the figure the same day, in writing, with the three-year total for anything on a subscription — licence, support, migration and training — so there is no year-two surprise.
What is never included unless we say so
- Hardware replacement parts under an AMC
- SMS and WhatsApp credits for bulk messaging
- Payment gateway transaction charges
- Third-party licences you buy directly
These are the four most common sources of a bill larger than the quote, anywhere in this industry. We list them so you can ask every vendor the same question.
