Questions people actually ask
How is this different from billing software?
Billing software prints an invoice. A POS runs the counter — multiple tills on shared stock, shift reconciliation, cashier accountability and table or token handling. If you have one counter and no staff turnover, plain billing software is cheaper and enough.
Does it work if the internet drops?
Yes. Billing continues offline and syncs when the connection returns. A shop cannot stop selling because a tower is down.
Can it handle a restaurant and a retail counter in the same business?
Yes. Modes are set per counter, so a hotel can run a front-desk till and a restaurant till on one system and one stock.
What hardware do we need?
A touch screen or a regular PC, a thermal printer and ideally a barcode scanner. We specify it against your counter and supply it if you want — you are not locked into buying hardware from us.
