Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes, after a short audit so we know what we are taking on — how it was built, what is out of date, and where the backups are, if there are any.
What happens if we stop the plan?
You get everything — files, database, backups and all account access — and we help with the handover. There is no lock-in.
How fast do you respond if the site goes down?
Uptime alerts reach us within minutes, usually before you notice. The response time is written into the plan.
