Cameras are the easy part
Most CCTV that fails was installed correctly and then forgotten. The hard drive fills, a camera drifts out of focus, the mobile app password is lost when a staff member leaves, and nobody notices until there is an incident and the footage is not there.
We size storage for how long you actually need to keep footage, label every channel, and hand over written credentials. The AMC exists because that is when systems fail, not on day one.
What we ask before quoting
What are you trying to see — faces at the entrance, the cash counter, vehicle numbers at the gate, or general coverage? Each of those needs a different camera and a different position. A quote given without that question is a guess.

How many cameras do I need?
For a typical shop, entry, counter and storeroom is usually three. For a home, the gate and main door cover most of what matters. We do a site survey first rather than selling you a fixed package.
Can I see the cameras on my phone?
Yes, on every system we install. We set up the mobile app and test it with you before we leave, in Odia or English.
What happens if a camera fails after a year?
Cameras carry the manufacturer warranty. Our AMC covers site visits, cleaning, storage checks and reconfiguration — the things that actually cause most failures.
Do you install outside Bhubaneswar and Cuttack?
Yes, across all 30 districts. CCTV needs someone physically present, so the visit is scheduled with you and the date confirmed before you commit — rather than promised same-day and then missed.
