The front desk is the whole product
If check-in is slow, nothing else about the software matters. Room status, guest history, ID capture and folio posting sit on one screen, and a returning guest is recognised without searching.

Will this reduce our OTA commission?
It gives you a direct booking engine on your own website, which is the only real way to shift some volume away from OTAs. How much shifts depends on your marketing, not on the software alone.
Can the restaurant bill be posted to the room?
Yes. Restaurant POS and the front desk share one guest folio, so a meal charged to a room appears on the final bill without re-entry.
We are a small property. Is this too much?
For under about ten rooms, a simpler setup usually serves better and we will say so. This is built for properties where the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant are separate people.
