Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. Work we carry out for you is governed by the written quote or agreement for that work, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Information on this site

We describe our services, products and coverage as accurately as we can and keep them up to date. They are general information, not a binding offer. Features, coverage and availability can change, and the specifics of any job are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and prices

Prices are quoted after we understand the requirement. A quote becomes binding only once it is issued in writing and accepted by both sides. Figures discussed informally on a call, by WhatsApp or on this site are indicative.

Brands and trademarks

Manufacturer names such as Hikvision, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco and others belong to their respective owners. We mention them to indicate equipment we supply, install or support. This does not mean those manufacturers endorse or are affiliated with TechOdisha unless we state so explicitly.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to TechOdisha. You are welcome to share links to it. Please do not copy substantial parts of it for your own commercial use without permission.

Links to other websites

We link to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, TechOdisha is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
