Apps that work on the phones your customers actually carry
Android and iOS apps for customers and field staff — cross-platform, offline-first, published under your own account.
You are probably here because
- Field staff record work on paper and someone retypes it at the office
- Customers ask you to book, order or pay through a phone call
- Your current app stops working the moment the signal drops
- The app was built once and nobody has updated it since
Built for the phone, not the demo
Apps are usually demonstrated on a new flagship phone over office Wi-Fi. They are used on a three-year-old Android phone with a cracked screen, half a bar of signal and 4 GB of storage left. We test on the second one.
Offline first, where it counts
A field app that loses an hour of entries because the signal dropped will be abandoned within a week. Records are saved on the device as they are made and synced automatically when the connection comes back, so a visit in Malkangiri works the same as one in Bhubaneswar.
An honest note on cost
An app is not a one-time purchase. Android and iOS change every year, and an app nobody maintains starts breaking within twelve to eighteen months. Budget for updates from the start, or choose a mobile website instead.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need an app, or will a website do?
Often a website will do, and it costs less. An app is worth it when people use it repeatedly — weekly orders, daily field work, notifications that matter. For something a customer uses once or twice, a fast mobile website is the better answer and we will say so.
Android or iPhone?
Both, from one codebase. In Odisha most of your users will be on Android, often on mid-range phones, so we test there first rather than on the newest iPhone.
Will it work in areas with poor signal?
Field and staff apps are built offline-first — work is saved on the phone and synced when the connection returns. That matters more in Odisha than almost any feature.
Who owns the app store listing?
You do. The Play Store and App Store developer accounts are registered in your name. We publish under your account, not ours.
