Someone to call when it stops working
Annual maintenance, on-site support and managed IT for offices, schools, hotels and clinics.
You are probably here because
- When a computer fails, nobody knows who to call
- Backups were set up once and nobody has checked them since
- Licences and warranties expire without anyone noticing
- IT costs arrive as unpredictable emergency bills
Preventive, not just reactive
Most IT emergencies announce themselves weeks in advance — a disk reporting errors, a backup that quietly stopped running, a UPS battery at end of life. Scheduled visits catch these while they are still cheap.
What you get in writing
An asset register of every machine you own, warranty and licence expiry dates, a documented backup schedule with verification, and a response commitment written into the contract. No AMC should be vague about any of these.
Questions people actually ask
What does an AMC actually cover?
Scheduled preventive visits, unlimited remote support, breakdown response within the agreed time, backup checks and asset tracking. Hardware replacement parts are quoted separately unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How fast do you respond?
Remote support is the same day, in every district. When the problem needs someone on site, the visit is scheduled with you and the date confirmed. The response commitment is written into your contract, so there is nothing vague about it.
Can you support equipment you did not supply?
Yes, after an initial audit so we know what we are taking on.
