One system when spreadsheets stop coping
Modular ERP — inventory, purchase, sales, CRM, POS, HR and payroll.
Built for: Distributors, manufacturers, retail chains and growing businesses
The problems this solves
- Each department keeps its own spreadsheet and none of them agree
- Stock on paper does not match stock in the godown
- Sales follow-ups depend on whoever remembers to make the call
- Month-end reporting takes a week of manual compilation
The honest ERP conversation
ERP projects fail more often than they succeed, and they fail for predictable reasons — too many modules at once, data nobody cleaned, and staff who were told rather than trained.
We start with the single department in the most pain, get that working properly, and expand from there. It is slower to sell and considerably more likely to still be running in two years.
Questions people actually ask
Do we have to take all the modules?
No. Most businesses start with inventory and purchase, or with CRM, and add modules as they are needed. Buying everything at once usually means half of it is never configured.
How long does implementation take?
For a single module with clean data, a few weeks. For a full multi-module rollout, a few months. Any vendor quoting a full ERP go-live in two weeks is not counting data migration.
