Why migrations go wrong
Most migration disasters have one cause: somebody moved the files and forgot that every old page address needs to point to its new home. Google finds a few hundred dead pages, and the rankings you spent years building disappear.
The move itself is the easy part. The redirect map, the email handover and the post-launch verification are the actual work.
What we check before cutover
A full crawl of the existing site and a complete URL inventory. A redirect map, page by page. A speed benchmark on the new host so you can see the difference. Email tested on a real mailbox before DNS changes. And a rollback plan, in case something nobody could foresee goes wrong.
After the switch we watch Search Console for four weeks and fix whatever surfaces.

Will my Google rankings drop?
Ranking loss after a migration is almost always caused by missing redirects. We map every old URL to its new address before cutover, then verify in Search Console afterwards. Small temporary movement is normal; a permanent drop is not.
How much downtime will there be?
We build and test the new environment fully before switching DNS, so the switch itself is usually invisible to visitors. Email needs more care and we plan that separately.
I have lost access to my hosting. Can you still help?
Often yes, as long as you can prove ownership of the domain. Bring whatever you have — old invoices, registrar emails, the developer's name — and we will tell you what is recoverable.
